Foundation Board Members: Driving Change Through Strategic Leadership

Board members play a vital role in the Foundation’s success. Their responsibilities include:

 
  1. Strategic Oversight: Provide direction to align the Foundation’s activities with its mission of reducing recidivism and enhancing recovery capital.
  2. Fundraising and Development: Actively participate in fundraising efforts, identify potential donors, and help secure necessary resources for program sustainability.
  3. Advocacy: Serve as ambassadors for the Foundation, promoting its work to the community, policymakers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Financial Management: Review and approve the annual budget and ensure funds are allocated towards initiatives that drive recovery and rehabilitation.
  5. Community Engagement: Encourage participation in community outreach to build support for the Foundation’s goals.
